Aus vs Pak 1st Test day 3 : Australia lead by 300 runs after Pak mid order collapsed
On 3rd day, Pakistani team was bowled out for 271 on the at tea in the first Test at Perth Saturday to trail Australia by 216 runs.
On day three of the first test at Perth, Pakistan who dismissed Australia for 487, still trail by 284 runs in the first innings. Pakistan had resumed their first innings at 132-2 with Imam-ul-Haq (38*)and nightwatchman Khurram Shahzad (7*)on the crease.
However, they were pushed on the backfoot after losing four wickets in the first session of the day.Apart from Shahzad (7) and Imam (62), Babar Azam (21) and Sarfaraz Ahmed (3) also made their way back to the hut.
Australia took the new ball soon after lunch and Josh Hazlewood produced a quality bouncer that Saud Shakeel tried to fend off but only succeeded in lobbing to David Warner at slip departed for (28) and Faheem Ashraf followed for (9), caught low by Usman Khawaja at square leg off Cummins.

After Australia began with 216-run lead in Perth. The home side had a shaky start with first innings century-maker David Warner out for a duck (0) as Pakistan pacer Khurram Shahzad on Saturday took two scalps in quick succession, .
The 37-year-old, Warner fresh from his defiant 164, mis-timed a pull shot from Khurram Shahzad and lobbed to Imam-ul-Haq for a comfortable catch at mid-wicket.
Marnus Labuschagne also surrendered cheaply on a pitch offering uneven bounce, out for (2) with Shahzad again the tormentor, tempting a big edge taken by wicketkeeper Sarfaraz Ahmed. It left Australia tottering at 2-5.
Soon after Khawaja (34) and Smith (43) changed the course of the match to put their team back in the commanding position. Australia at stumps at 84-2 on day three in Perth, building their lead to 300.
