Resolution submitted to ban PTI

A resolution has been submitted in the Punjab Assembly on Friday to ban the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Rana Muhammad Fayyaz submitted a resolution in the Punjab Assembly Secretariat seeking a ban on imprisoned leader Imran Khan’s party.
The resolution called for strict action against the PTI, calling it a “subversive group” operating under the banner of a political party and demanding that those responsible for the November 24 incidents be brought to justice.
The resolution highlighted the PTI’s alleged role in damaging the stability of the country and accused it of promoting an anarchist agenda.
The Balochistan Assembly has already passed a resolution to ban the PTI, accusing it of harming important institutions, including the judiciary, media and the economy.
The document also calls for federal intervention to ban the party and hold its leadership accountable for its alleged misdeeds.
