Apple iPhone 17 Pros to retain titanium frame: report

Apple iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max are not coming anytime soon, but rumour mill already started leaking plans for the flagship smartphone from the American tech giant.

According to renowned Chinese website Weibo, Apple is looking to retain the titanium frame for its top devices.

The Weibo’s report comes just a week after another leaked claimed that Apple is planning to ditch the material for aluminum to make the device more affordable.

Apple’s introductions for its new Pros over the past few years have been dedicated to materials. They go from stainless steel and then titanium.

So at this point it’s still rather unclear what will really happen, and that’s not surprising considering how far away we still are from the launch of the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max.
