Mohammad Haris stranded in Dhaka

Pakistan wicketkeeper batter Mohammad Haris has been stranded at a team hotel in Dhaka due to the non-issuance of their return tickets and payments by Burbar Rajishahi.
He along with four other including Afghanistan’s Aftab Alam, West Indies’ Mark Deyal and Miguel Cummins, Zimbabwe’s Ryan Burl were part of the franchise in the Bangladesh Premier League.
The players tried to contact the franchise owner, who is out of reach, at the time filing the story.
However, Haris has informed about the aforementioned development to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and urged them to contact Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) officials.
Soon after PCB’s intervention, the wicketkeeper batter received his return ticket from the BPL administration.
Notably, the franchise has also not paid most of their foreign players, with only two being given 25 per cent of their unsettled portions.
Reports further claimed that the players also did not get daily allowance for the last 11 days.
