Gaza war: Students spray red paint on Cambridge University building
“Palestine Action”, a student organization protesting against Israeli atrocities on Gaza, threw red paint on Saint House, the historic building of Cambridge University in England.
Palestine Action has accused the university administration of ignoring repeated requests by the students and staff to take meaningful action against the ongoing atrocities in Gaza. Throwing red paint on the Saint House building reflects the ongoing bloodshed in Palestine, it added.
Palestine Action said their target was the Israeli arms trade in the UK, but the university had made no progress on their demands and Cambridge University had failed to take any meaningful action against it and even did not issue a statement against the ongoing Israeli atrocities in Gaza.
The University of Cambridge has condemned the defacement of the historic building Saint House.
