Pakistani actor and singer Junaid Khan has made a shocking revelation about slapping actress Sanam Saeed during the filming of the TV serial “Mata-e-Jaan” in 2012.

In a recent appearance on Ahmad Ali Butt’s podcast, Khan disclosed that he slapped Saeed at the request of director Mehreen Jabbar and the actress herself.

According to Khan, the director wanted him to slap Saeed for real to achieve the desired effect for the dramatic scene.

Despite initial reluctance, Khan agreed to the request after Jabbar and Saeed insisted that it was necessary for an authentic portrayal.

Junaid Khan described the incident as the “worst scene” of his career and expressed regret for agreeing to it.

Khan explained that he initially performed a slow slap, but the director deemed it insufficient for the camera. He then took another shot and slapped Saeed harder, visibly hurting her.

However, he immediately apologised to Saeed for his actions.

Junaid Khan has established himself as a talented actor and singer in the Pakistani entertainment industry, with notable roles in dramas like “Hania,” “Mumkin,” and “Kasak.”

His music career began as the lead vocalist of the rock band “Call,” with two album releases, “Jilawatan” (2005) and “Dhoom” (2011).
