Most beautiful moment was ‘Azaan’ during ‘Kanyadaan’: Zaheer Iqbal

Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha’s husband and actor Zaheer Iqbal said that the most beautiful moment of the wedding for him was the sound of Azaan during ‘Kanyadaan’.

Sonakshi and Zaheer Iqbal tied the knot on June 23 in a simple ceremony held at the actress’s house in Mumbai, which was attended by the couple’s relatives and friends.

These days, this beautiful couple who grew up with Bollywood friendship is enjoying the beginning of married life.

In a recent interview, Zaheer Iqbal mentioned the memorable moments of his wedding and said that on the day of the wedding, the Kanyadaan was 15 minutes late.

Explaining the reason for the delay, Zaheer Iqbal said: “During the kanyadaan, as soon as I held Sonakshi’s hand and the pandit started reciting mantras, I heard that the Azaan was being called and then the kanyadaan was stopped.”

According to Zaheer Iqbal, ‘During the 15 minutes and the sound of Azaan at the time of Kaniyadan, he felt as if nature wanted the same, it was the most beautiful moment of the wedding for him.’

It should be noted that after the announcement of Sonakshi Sinha’s marriage to Zaheer Iqbal, Hindu extremists created a ruckus and there were also reports of differences in the Sinha family.
