A study of conducted with nearly 100,000 people aged 10 to 69 in Japan has found that playing video games can be good for mental health.

Experts have recently collected evidence on the benefits of video games, but they have also found that playing too much every day can be harmful to health.

Video games and other forms of online media consumption are an everyday part of life.

Surveys have shown that playing video games has positive effects on stress levels and creativity.

However, the concern remains. For example, video games may have potential negative effects on general well-being, aggressive behavior, and social development.
