Thousands rally to mourn martyrdom of Hassan Nasrallah in Karachi, Islamabad

Rallies are being taken out to protest the martyrdom of Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah in Israeli attacks in Islamabad and Karachi outside the US Embasy and Consulate, respectively.

In Karachi, a rally attended by a large number of people including Ulema is being taken out from Numaish Chowrangi to US Consulate, a spokesperson for the Hamiyan-e-Mazlomeen Palestine said here Sunday.

The participants of the rally – women and children among them- have begun to gather at the Numaish Chowrangi.

The protest being led by Ulema will march towards the US Consulate.

Transport has been arranged to bring the participants from across the city to the venue of the rally.

Meanwhile,  the Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM) is holding a long march from Aabpara to US Embassy to protest the martyrdom of Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah in Israeli attack in Islamabad.

The rally is being led by MWM leader Raja Nasir Abbas.
