‘We will make you a star’: Which Pakistani actor got this offer from Bollywood?

Former popular actor and singer Babrik Shah said  that he was offered to shift to India from the Bollywood industry, but he rejected the offer considering several reasons.

Babrik recently participated in a podcast during which he said that he got an offer from Bollywood in 2006 but he turned it down.

He said after Pakistani actor Muammar Rana, he also went to India for work, at that time the artists, directors, assistant directors and cameramen there told him to stay there. You are a talented actor, we will make you a star. You will be cast as a hero in films, he said.

He further said that he felt that he cannot live in India because India is a very dirty country which is considered to be the second dirtiest country in the world.

“The second reason for not moving to India was the halal food for Muslims and the third reason was the riots in India as there is no peace there,” he continued.

Babrik gave the example of singer Adnan Sami and said that ‘whatever Adnan got from India was found on the British passport, India does not even issue a visa to anyone on a Pakistani passport.
