Yasir wants wives behind bars if they fail to find second wife for husband

Pakistani actor, director and producer Yasir Nawaz has said that wives should be jailed if she fails to arrange second marriage of their husbands.

The actor made this comments while appearing a podcast featuring his wife Nida Yasir, brother Danish Nawaz, and actor Mani.

During the podcast, actor and comedian Mani talked about his acting career and shared interesting anecdotes

When asked about second marriages, Mani refused to tie the knot for a second time due to the current economic turmoil in the country.

“No one can think of a second marriage in this era of inflation,” he added.

However, Yasir has other plans for his second marriage. He believes wives should arrange second marriage of husbands every 15 years.

“The law should also state that a wife who does not comply will be put behind bars,” he joked.

Nida, who was standing alongside Yasir, gave a befitting reply to her husband’s desire. “All talk and no action. Let him fulfill his happiness, let them just talk,” she responded.
