14 May, 2024 15:23

The Islamabad High Court has reserved its decision on the PTI founder’s bail plea in the £190 million pound case today.

Last week, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) had resumed hearing on the bail petition of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan in the £190 million case.

A division bench of the IHC, consisting of Chief Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri conducted the hearing today.

The division bench reserved the decision on the bail plea of PTI founder Imran Khan in the case.

Earlier, the division bench had adjourned the proceedings due to the absence of the National Accountability Bureau’s prosecutor. IHC’s Justice Aamer observed that the prosecutor’s request to adjourn the case would not be accepted during the next hearing.
