Renowned Bollywood director Farah Khan and Sajid Khan’s mother Menaka Irani passed away at the age of 79.
She was battling with illness for some time and underwent several treatments in the hospital. Fans of Farah Khan and Sajid Khan are mourning the loss of their mother and are praying for peace and strength for both the filmmaker siblings.
Earlier this month on July 12, Farah celebrated her mother’s 79th birthday and posted a special message on her Instagram account.

Late Menaka was the sister of actor Daisy Irani and screenwriter Honey Irani. Filmmakers Zoya and Farhan Akhtar are her niece and nephew.
