Khalilur Rehman Qamar finally feels sorry for ‘targeting’ THIS actor

Pakistani screenwriter and director, Khalil ur Rehman Qamar, has expressed disappointment and concern for his future in the country after a recent ‘kidnapping’ incident.
In an interview with a private channel, Qamar recounted being held captive for seven hours and forced to recite the Kalima while gunshots were fired nearby.
Qamar recalled his unique contributions to the arts, likening himself to legendary figures Bulleh Shah and Saadat Hasan Manto.
He stated, “This nation won’t find another like me.” Despite his current disillusionment, Qamar clarified that he has never hated his homeland and hopes to find the strength to remain, as he cannot imagine living elsewhere.

Khalil ur Rehman Qamar also expressed support for Maria B, who is dedicated to preserving Islamic values, stating that he stands with her in this important cause.
Moreover, he finally shed regret regarding his controversial remarks about Pakistani superstar Saba Qamar for her ‘bold’ fashion choices and realized that it was entirely her personal matter (between her and God) he had no right to interfere.

“I feel I should have not said those words for Saba Qamar. I was, probably in anger because of thinking she is such a big star, he also performed one of my best serials so I developed expectations with her because I feel when we achieve such success we represent our country. But I think it was the matter of her and GOD. I should not have to interfere in it,” he added.
