Shahid Afridi responds to rumours about relationship with Sonali Bendre

Former Pakistan cricket captain Shahid Afridi has addressed long-standing rumours regarding his alleged romantic relationship with Bollywood actress Sonali Bendre.
Speaking at a special session during the 17th Urdu International Conference and Karachi Festival at the Arts Council, Afridi responded with a light-hearted comment.
When asked about the persistent rumours, Afridi smiled and dismissed the speculation by saying, “Now I am a grandfather,” signaling his disinterest in further discussing the matter.
In response to another personal query, Afridi clarified, “I haven’t accepted myself as a grandfather yet. I will only consider myself one when I have a grandchild from my fifth daughter.”
Rumours of a potential relationship between Afridi and Bendre, as well as between Indian actress and cricketer Shoaib Akhtar, have circulated for years.
However, both Afridi and Akhtar have consistently denied these claims.
