Tragic Crash in Karak: 10 Dead, Several Injured After Trailer Collides With Passenger Van

A horrific traffic accident occurred on the Indus Highway in Karak, resulting in 10 fatalities and 8 injuries.

According to details, the accident took place near Lucky Ghandaki on the Karak Indus Highway, where a collision between a trailer and a passenger Hiace van led to the instant death of 10 individuals, while 8 others sustained serious injuries.

District Rescue Officer Atif stated that the trailer ran over the passenger van, causing several passengers to become trapped. The dead bodies of 10 victims have been shifted to the DHQ Hospital, and there are fears that the death toll may rise.

Local residents and rescue teams are actively engaged in relief and rescue operations.

Prior to this, A speeding vehicle crushed several motorcyclists near Maskan Chowrangi in Karachi, killing one person in the accident.

Rescue officials said that an out-of-control vehicle hit several motorcyclists at Maskan Chowrangi. One person died in the traffic accident while another was seriously injured. The condition of the injured, 42-year-old Zeeshan, is said to be critical.

Rescue officials further said that the deceased has not been identified. People became angry after the vehicle hit several motorcycles.

At this point, angry people set the vehicle on fire, causing the tank to explode. Police said that three people in the vehicle, including the driver, are under arrest and have been transferred to the police station.
