52nd Daytime Emmy Awards: Complete Winners List for 2025

The 52nd Annual Daytime Emmy Awards took place on October 17, 2025, at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Pasadena, California. Hosted by Mario Lopez, the event celebrated outstanding achievements in daytime television, featuring several landmark wins and the introduction of new award categories.

The evening was particularly successful for the long-running soap opera General Hospital, which emerged as the night’s biggest winner, securing seven awards including the coveted Outstanding Daytime Drama Series. Acting honors in the drama categories were divided between soap veterans Nancy Lee Grahn, who won for her role as Alexis Davis on General Hospital, and Paul Telfer, who was recognized for his performance as Xander Kiriakis on Days of Our Lives.

A standout moment came when Lisa Yamada, portraying Luna on The Bold and the Beautiful, became the inaugural recipient of the new Outstanding Emerging Talent category, marking a significant addition to the awards lineup.

Outside the drama categories, Drew Barrymore was honored as Outstanding Daytime Talk Series Host for The Drew Barrymore Show. Additionally, legendary naturalist Sir David Attenborough received the Outstanding Daytime Personality (Non-Daily) award for his work on Secret Lives of Orangutans.

The ceremony also paid tribute to Days of Our Lives in celebration of its remarkable 60-year run. Veteran journalist Deborah Norville was recognized with a Lifetime Achievement Award for her enduring contributions to daytime television.

The complete list of winners reflected a diverse range of talent and programming. Among drama series awards, General Hospital also won for Outstanding Writing and Directing Teams. Other notable wins included Susan Walters for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Daytime Drama Series for The Young and the Restless, and Jonathan Jackson as Outstanding Supporting Actor for General Hospital. Alley Mills earned Outstanding Guest Performance for her role in General Hospital.

In talk and culinary categories, Live with Kelly and Mark took home Outstanding Daytime Talk Series, while Kardea Brown won Outstanding Culinary Host for Delicious Miss Brown, which also won Outstanding Culinary Instructional Series.

Other key honors included Entertainment Tonight winning Outstanding Entertainment News Series, Fixer Upper: The Lakehouse recognized for Outstanding Instructional/How-To Program, Hot Bench awarded Outstanding Legal/Courtroom Program, and Black Barbie taking home Outstanding Arts and Popular Culture Program.
