Al-Quds Brigades Conduct Multiple Raids Against IOF in West Bank
The military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement, Al-Quds Brigades, has conducted a series of operations to prevent Israeli occupation forces (IOF) from entering cities and towns in the occupied West Bank.
The Tubas Battalion battled occupation forces in the Wadi Tayasir axis, attacking a foot patrol with a handmade anti-personnel device as troops advanced into the city, leading to further confrontations.
Resistance fighters in Silat ak-Harithiya fought occupation forces on multiple fronts, using explosives and direct confrontations to counter ongoing incursions.
The Al-Quds Brigades reported numerous successful strikes:
A Toufan land explosive device exploded against an IOF vehicle in the Al-Ziyoud front, whereas a Sijil-targeted explosive device struck an armored Namer vehicle in the Al-Bir axis, resulting in a direct hit.
Another Toufan explosion hit a Namer armored vehicle in western Al-Bir, resulting in confirmed injuries. Additional devices guided the path of military reinforcements into Al-Ziyoud, crippling a vehicle.
However, the Brigades stated that their fighters attacked the invading forces with “appropriate weapons” from all involved axes.
Notably, the Israeli army and Shin spy service carried out a big operation in the northern West Bank two days prior. Palestinian resistance forces confirmed the raid, stating that the Palestinian masses will resist “with full strength and determination these crimes that the world continues to ignore.”
