Aroob Jatoi breaks silence after Ducky Bhai’s release in gambling apps case

After the release of famous YouTuber Saadur Rehman, known as Ducky Bhai, his wife Aroob Jatoi has shared her first public message.

In her Instagram Stories, Aroob said that Ducky Bhai is currently taking a break from social media. She made it clear that he has not posted anything new or taken any photos since coming out of jail.

She also requested people not to believe any rumours, saying that Ducky will return soon and come back even stronger.

Ducky Bhai was recently released after spending three months in jail over allegations that he promoted illegal gambling applications.

On Friday, an important hearing was held at the Lahore District Courts for the gambling apps case. Ducky Bhai and Aroob both appeared before Judicial Magistrate Naeem Wattoo.

During the hearing, the court rejected an acquittal plea filed by co-accused Subhan, saying it could not be accepted at this stage. The next hearing is set for 17 December, when charges will be framed. All accused, including Ducky, have been summoned.

Ducky told the court that Subhan had joined his team only three months before his arrest and was earning one lakh rupees per month. He added that Subhan had no role in the alleged offence.

The court also discussed Aroob Jatoi’s legal status, and her lawyer confirmed that she already has pre-arrest bail.

Ducky Bhai’s lawyer said they have filed a request to recover items seized during the investigation, including mobile phones, electronic devices, four credit cards, and some cash held by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA).

Ducky Bhai was released just two days ago, and the NCCIA is still investigating all people involved in the case.
