Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Congratulates Pakistan U19 Team on Asia Cup Victory

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Pakistan Under-19 cricket team and the entire nation following their historic victory in the Under-19 Asia Cup.

In a statement released on Sunday, the Prime Minister praised the outstanding performance of the Pakistani players, who triumphed over arch-rivals India in the final. “Pakistani players created history by defeating India in the final,” Prime Minister Sharif said, adding, “The entire nation is proud of these young players.”

The Prime Minister also expressed confidence in the future of the Under-19 team, stating, “The Under-19 team will undoubtedly make the country’s name shine on the world stage in the future as well.”

Furthermore, Prime Minister Sharif paid tribute to the efforts of the entire team management, including Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi, for their role in guiding the young team to victory.
