Major Breakthrough in Islamabad Imambargah Suicide Attack
A major breakthrough has been achieved in the investigation of the suicide attack at the Islamabad Imambargah. According to sources, the suicide bomber’s two brothers and brother-in-law were arrested during a raid in the Tarnab Farm area.
Investigations reveal that the attack was not an individual act but the result of an organized facilitating structure. The terrorist, identified as Yasir, was reportedly in constant contact with his brother-in-law, Usman.
Sources further disclose that the attacker traveled to Afghanistan in May before returning in June, subsequently residing in Bajaur from June 27 through October. This intelligence suggests a coordinated movement leading up to February 2, when the suicide bomber carried out the attack on the Imambargah in Islamabad.
