Fiza Ali Clarifies Viral Live Show Gesture and Apologizes

Pakistani popular actress and host Fiza Ali, who seems to engaged in controversies all over the year. Recently the lift-up moment with her husband Ejaz Khan during her live morning show negatively went viral.

During the show, Fiza Ali calls her husband and daughter as a guest, and asked him to lift her. As he does this the moment look vulgar and too personal. Like social media users such as politicians Hina Parvez butt and Azma Bukhari, and countless people criticize this and request to Pemra to ban this show.

After the incident, Dr Nabiha Ali Khan asked her to clarify the incident in voice interview, so she addresses the situation and rendered a formal apology via a video.

Fiza said the gesture was unplanned and meant as a lighthearted family moment, with no bad intentions behind it. However, she still apologized to anyone who felt hurt or offended. She added that she respects her audience and never intended to upset anyone’s feelings.
