Actor Huma Saleem Alleges Harassment, Intimidation by Pakistani Cricketer

An actress and model Huma Saleem has openly indicted a Pakistani cricketer of harassment, intimidation, emotional abuse, character assassination, and trying to damage her professional reputation.

She took her Instagram and shared a detailed  statement on her Insta story, Huma claimed she has had no communication with the cricketer for the past two months. But still she go through threats and psychological harassment from him.

According to Huma, despite having no contact with him, the cricketer recently overlapped a line by intimidating her and causing emotional distress, “I’m writing this in a very unsettling time,” and  described him as a “a cheat, fraud and womaniser” and claimed she had finally decided to speak out after remaining silent for a long time.

As per Huma’s statement, whenever she attempt to move on with her life, out of nowhere the cricketer came back and sending her threats and harassing her. She think that no women would like to face these type of public criticism unless her patience had been completely exhausted.

The story was not ended here, the actor also revealed that the cricketer not only threatening her but also reached her family members and friends and work fellows in an attempt to damage her reputation. She further alleged that after returning to work, people connected to her career also received messages aimed at harming her professional image.

Huma also mentioned that the alleged harassment started during their relationship but not ended yet, as they both no longer together anymore. She indicted both the cricketer and his family of being involved in what she described as a continuous campaign against her.

According to Huma, she remained silent for or quite some time, despite saying the relationship was emotionally abusive, but has now decided to speak out. She also claimed that the cricketer constantly misused her to others and gave a false imprint of their relationship.

As per her statement, the actress claimed that she would reveal details about the cricketer’s alleged activities involving Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) funds at hotels. Though, she did not show any proof to sustenance the accusation, but she and her legal team is gathering documentary evidence, which will be released publicly in the coming days.

Following the allegations made by Huma Saleem, the cricketer has yet to respond publicly.
