Iqra Aziz Says She Feels ‘Fortunate’ to Be Married to Yasir Hussain

Pakistan’s most talented actress Iqra Aziz who married with famous director and actor Yasir Hussain has addressed a public discussion about her age gap between her and husband Yasir Hussain, saying she considers herself lucky to have him as her husband.

Iqra talk over the ongoing public discussion and shared her opinion during recent interview and said everyone is free to have their own opinion, but outside comments have never changed how she feels about her marriage. When asked whether marrying Yasir had been a blessing, she simply said she feels “very fortunate” to have him.

The actress also addressed the criticism surrounding their age gap and said she believes it is completely normal. According to Iqra, couples can have an age difference and still share a strong connection.

“I think this age gap is perfectly fine,” she said, pointing out that similar age differences were common among couples from her parents’ generation.

The actress more added that a relationship is more about the connection, and age does not define a relationship, as mutual understanding, connection and comfort are more important.

The couple entered into wed lock in December 2019 and have an age difference of around 11 years. And blessed two children together. Their son, Kabir Hussain, was born in July 2021, while their daughter, Sophia Hussain, was born in January 2026.

Even though their age gap has been talk over for years, Iqra and Yasir has constantly speak it publically.
