YouTuber Rajab Butt-Linked Land Cruiser Impounded Over Fake Number Plate

Lahore police have taken a Land Cruiser linked to YouTuber Rajab Butt into custody after finding that it was carrying a fake and non-standard number plate.

According to sources, Sundar Police stopped the vehicle near the National Fertilizer Corporation (NFC) Bridge on Wednesday.

The driver, identified as Musa Khan, reportedly failed to give a satisfactory explanation for the suspicious number plate. Police subsequently registered a case against him.

Further legal proceedings are underway to verify the vehicle’s ownership and investigate the alleged number plate violation.

The incident comes as Lahore Police continue their crackdown on vehicles using fake or non-standard registration plates.

DIG Operations Faisal Kamran said that police had registered 1,508 cases so far under the ongoing campaign.

He said the law applies equally to everyone and that no one is exempt from legal action. He added that police are continuing the campaign to ensure vehicles carry proper registration plates and to help prevent criminal activities.
