A look inside Microsoft’s Surface, Windows AI event

Microsoft has announced a “digital event” dubbed as “new era of work” for Surface, Windows, and Copilot, which is set to take place on March 21.

The event will feature new Surface Pro 10 and Surface Laptop 6 devices, host of improvements for Windows 11 and new Copilot AI experience.

The new laptops are expected to feature minor spec upgrades, the Verge citing its sources reported.

Moreover, the report indicates that an OLED display would be available on the Surface Pro 10, which the company is expected to reveal later this spring.

Moreover, new design upgrades on cards for the Surface 6 laptop. It is expected to feature thinner display bezels, rounded corners, a haptic touchpad, and two USB-C and one USB-A ports.

Apart from that, it is expected to pack both Intel Core Ultra and Snapdragon X chipsets in its latest Surface hardware.

Moreover, the company is also teasing tones of new feature to its AI Copilot, which will all be made public during the event.

Lastly, the software giant is also working on a new AI Explorer experience for Windows 11, that’s designed as a far more advanced version of its AI assistant.

According to Windows Central, it will catalog everything you do on your PC so you can search for moments in a timeline using natural language.

The company had tried the same idea in Windows 10, but the lack of app support meant it never really took off.
