Actress Aamina Sheikh shares reason for staying away from showbiz for so long?

Pakistani actress Aamina Sheikh said she decided to stay away from showbiz for her daughter and her career.

The actress recently participated in a podcast where she talked about moving from Pakistan to Dubai and taking a break from showbiz for the sake of her children.

Regarding the challenges that came in the career after marriage and children, Aamina Sheikh said that after the birth of her first daughter, she was used to take her to set of drama.  “I used to come to my daughter after doing the scene. During this time I could not even rest, I felt like I was doing a double shift, the actress said.

She further said that after that her daughter’s schooling was her first priority. “Then, I had to choose one thing, my daughter and her career or my passion for showbiz and I chose my daughter,” she added.

She said that the reason for staying away from showbiz was her daughter as she focused on her children.

Aamna Shaikh said that she made a wise decision to move to Dubai and started a new life.

Earlier, the actress had also told in an interview that work and passion is in Pakistan and once again she has decided to come to the field, so soon her work will also come before the public.

It should be noted that actress Aamina Sheikh and actor Mohib Mirza got divorced in October 2019 after 14 years of marriage.

The actress married Umar Farooqui for the second time in 2020 after which she moved to Dubai. The actress also has a son from Umar Farooqui.
