Pakistan white-ball captain Babar Azam, who extending his stay in the USA after Pakistan’s disappointing first-round exit from the T20 World Cup, returned to Lahore on Tuesday morning.

He traveled from New York to Lahore via Dubai.

The prolific batter is expected to meet Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Mohsin Naqvi in coming days.

Following Pakistan’s elimination, several players returned home from the United States a week ago.

However, Babar, along with Haris Rauf, Imad Wasim, Azam Khan, and Mohammad Amir, did not return with the rest of the team.
