Gold price declines by Rs1,400 per tola in Pakistan

Gold prices in Pakistan fell on Friday, following a decline in the international gold market. According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of one tola of gold dropped by Rs1,400 to Rs432,436.

The price of 10 grams of gold also decreased by Rs1,200, bringing it down to Rs370,744.

A day earlier, on Thursday, the price of one tola of gold had increased by Rs3,600 to Rs433,836.

In the international market, gold prices fell by $14, with the price reaching $4,100 per ounce (including a $20 premium).

Meanwhile, silver prices moved in the opposite direction. The price of one tola of silver increased by Rs11 to Rs6,432.
