The Peshawar High Court heard the pre-arrest bail plea of Captain Retired Muhammad Safdar of Pakistan Muslim League-N.

First it reserved its judgement on the petition.

Now, Justice Laal Jan headed three-member bench declared the grant of bail in Peshawar today (Tuesday).

Earlier, Captain Safdar (retd.) had submitted a pre-arrest bail application to avoid arrest.

Because, the National Accountability Bureau is investing a case of assets beyond means and embezzlement of funds against him.
