Eid Miladun Nabi (PBUH) being celebrated with religious devotion across the country

The birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is being celebrated today with religious devotion and respect across the country.

Cities, towns, streets mosques, buildings and markets are decorated with green flags and lights.

Ceremonies have been organized in small and big cities of the country including Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar and Quetta.

Today on Eid Miladun Nabi (PBUH), the day was started with a salute of 31 guns in the federal capital and 21 guns each in the provincial capitals after the Fajr prayer.

Streets and buildings are decorated with bulbs and buntings.

Also in Lahore, mosques, houses, roads, government buildings have been beautifully decorated in connection with Eid Miladun Nabi (peace be upon him) and special prayers are being offered for the development and prosperity of the country.

In Peshawar, Naat Khwani and Milad Mustafa (PBUH) celebrations have been organized.

Lamps have been lit at many places in Quetta, Naatkhawanis and processions of Milad-ul-Nabi (PBUH) have also been organized.
