England cricket team set a unique world record in the second Test match of the series against West Indies.

The West Indies and England teams are competing in the second Test of the 3-match series at Trent Bridge.

On Thursday, West Indies won the toss and invited England to bat first.

The English team did something that has never been done before in the history of Test cricket.

After Brendon McCullum became the coach, the English cricket team, famous for its aggressive batting strategy in Test cricket, set the record for making the fastest fifty in Test cricket.

Zak Crawley was dismissed for zero when the English team’s innings started against the West Indies, but Ben Duckett and Ollie Pope batted aggressively and took the team’s score to 50 runs in just 4.2 overs (26 balls).

This is the fastest fifty scored by any team in the history of Test cricket.

Earlier, England completed 50 runs in 4.3 overs against South Africa in 1994.

It should be noted that the England team has scored 416 runs at the end of the first day in the second Test against the West Indies.

The English team has a 1-0 lead in the 3-match series.
