Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Eighth Wedding Anniversary with heartfelt Posts

May 19 2026, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle marked their eighth wedding anniversary, since their grand Windsor wedding, the anniversary couple royal journey has changed dramatically in 2018. After stepping back from royal duties 2020, Harry and Meghan live a quitter and more independent life in the United States, with their children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet and settled in California.

At the time, the couple’s decision surprised the whole world, but Duke and Duchess of Sussex said they wanted freedom, privacy and more peaceful family life. After leaving royal duties behind, they moved to Montecito, California, the couple away from royal pressure, built a new home and lifestyle

After shifted, Harry and Meghan have focused on family, business ventures, and personal projects.

Prince Harry enjoys simple moments which he missed during his own childhood and shared it to the world such as bike rides and surfing with Archie — experiences.

While Meghan has also spoke openly about finally feeling “calm” and “free” in California.

Over the years, Meghan launched her lifestyle brand and Prince Harry published his memoir Spar, as a couple they both released projects through Netflix.

For remembering their Anniversary Meghan also posted a photo from their wedding day photoshoot the post included several photos of the couple taking centre stage on the dance floor during the wedding reception, while another showed the pair sharing a passionate kiss while surrounded by their guests, and penned a caption, ‘Eight years ago today…’
