For the first time, mainstream party leader has made such proposal.

However, he presented this proposal in a statement today.

Shujaat also urged US President Donald Trump to play a reconciliatory role instead of offering mediation between Pakistan and India.

He also suggested that President Trump should play his role to stop atrocities in Kashmir.

Ch Shujaat thinks Donald Trump can easily win next presidential election if he plays a successful role in resolving the Kashmir issue.

PMLQ leader further suggested that US President may woo UN to abandon previous resolutions on Kashmir and consider new options.

According to him, sovereign Kashmir would be a bold and popular decision.
