Gold prices increase in Pakistan

Gold prices in Pakistan registered gains on Wednesday in line with the increase in the international rate.

In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs253,500 after it increased by Rs1,200, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The 10-gram gold was sold at Rs217,335 after it registered an increase of Rs1,029.

On Monday, gold price per tola increased by Rs200.

As per APGJSA, the international rate was at $2,415 per ounce (with a premium of $20) after it gained $27 during the day.
