In a bid to ease the escalating tensions, Federal Minister for Petroleum, Musadik Malik, has invited the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to engage in negotiations.

During a press conference in Islamabad, Malik emphasized the need for dialogue, urging the PTI to come to the table to resolve issues.

Malik highlighted Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s key objectives, including job creation for the poor, reducing inflation, and alleviating poverty.

He also criticized former premier Imran Khan for inciting the May 9 riots and accused the PTI of rejecting all government offers for peace.

Malik condemned Khan’s claims of a US conspiracy against his government and blamed the PTI founder for fostering animosity between his party and the establishment.

The minister warned of severe consequences if stability is not restored, cautioning that continued chaos would harm the future of Pakistan’s children.

Malik stressed that the PTI has consistently rejected government offers, including forming the government and holding dialogue.

He urged PTI to reconsider and engage in negotiations to resolve issues, warning that the country would be ruined if stability is not restored.
