Hareem Shah makes startling claim about Imran Khan’s Oxford University chancellor bid

Pakistan’s famous Tik-Toker Hareem Shah has made a surprising claim regarding Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan’s bid to become chancellor of Oxford University.

In a conversation with a local TV, Hareem said that she could not become a doctor. But, when you get a PhD, your name becomes doctor and she will try to get a PhD. I have a great desire to go to Oxford University, she added.

She further said that ‘Imran Khan does not want to become the chancellor, but the Oxford University itself has chosen him for the chancellor. Imran Khan is a bigger name than Oxford, she opined.

In response to a question, she said that great leaders have studied from Oxford, including Benazir Bhutto and Imran Khan. Both of them are brave leaders of Pakistan, she continued.

It should be noted that Oxford University will announce the candidates for the position of chancellor in October.

Elections for the post of chancellor will be held on October 28, in which 2,50,000 ex-students and former staff will vote online. The tenure of the new chancellor will be 10 years.
