Hussain Nawaz, Hassan Nawaz to return home on 12th

Hussain Nawaz and Hassan Nawaz, declared proclaimed offenders by an accountability court, have decided to return home.

In this connection, a petition has been filed to suspend the permanent arrest warrants issued against them in the Avenfield reference in the court of Accountability Court Judge Nasir Javed Rana. Qazi Misbah-ul-Hassan Advocate, the counsel for Hussain Nawaz and Hassan Nawaz, told the court that they are returning home on March 12.

He added that the flagship case was withdrawn by the National Accountability Bureau against them. He prayed to the court to suspend the arrest warrants issued against them. Judge Nasir Javed Rana said that a notice is being issued on the plea. The court issued a notice to the investigating officer for tomorrow.

Hassan and Hussain, sons of PML-N supremo and former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, have been living in exile since 2017. Nawaz Sharif, who returned home in October last year, has already got relief in multiple NAB cases.
