I couldn’t see: Bhasin reveals shocking effects of using contact lenses

Indian actress Jasmin Bhasin has suffered significant eye damage due to the use of contact lenses.

The former Bigg Boss contestant made the revelation while speaking to media. Bhasin said that she had worn the contact lenses before leaving for an event in New Delhi.

Shortly after, she began experiencing severe pain in her eyes, however, she opted to attend the event in pain, which intensified to that extend that she was unable to see.

“I attended the event despite the pain, but it became so severe that I couldn’t see,” the actress said.

Bhasin subsequently consulted an eye surgeon, who informed her that her corneas had been severely damaged by the contact lenses.

Doctors have bandaged her eyes and it would take four to five days for her vision to recover.

“It’s not easy because I can’t see, and the pain makes it difficult to sleep,” she said.
