India’s leading film producer Mahesh Bhatt makes a big announcement

Famous Bollywood filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt has announced not to make any more films.

Mahesh Bhatt has directed more than 50 films in his career, but now he is tired of films and wants to say goodbye to the world of direction.

He was recently asked if he would ever return to production house Vishrey Films to direct a film. To which, he said that he would prefer to work as a mentor for other filmmakers rather than making films himself.

Bhatt further said that he has done more than 50 films during his career. My films have also got fame but now this era is not for me, he was of the opinion.

The filmmaker said that for him his films are not for today as his stories and style of filmmaking have become old, that’s why he doesn’t think himself suitable for directing anymore.

He further said that now he wants to give a chance to new filmmakers in the Indian film industry as they are choice of today’s generation.

The filmmaker added that Alia Bhatt’s new film ‘Sarak 2’ was the last film to be directed by him.

In the year 1982, Mahesh Bhatt got an opportunity to direct the film ‘Earth’. His film was a super hit at the box office, after this film, Mahesh Bhatt directed one super hit film after another.
