Karachi likely to receive drizzle tonight

The weather will remain very hot and dry in most parts of the country.

Intermittent rain is continued in Murree since the night, while in Jhelum the heatwave is over after rain in the morning.

On the other hand, the weather is clear, dry and hot in the north-eastern and southern districts of Balochistan.

The Met Office said there is a possibility of dusty winds and thunderstorms in the southern and central districts of Balochistan.

It added there is a chance of drizzle at some places in Karachi tonight. The city’s minimum temperature was recorded at 30 degrees Celsius while the maximum temperature is likely to be between 35 and 37 degrees Celsius.

The meteorological department said that the humidity in the air is 72 per cent and the sea breeze is blowing at a speed of 30 to 35 km per hour.
