Met Office forecasts more rains across Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast more rains across the country.

According to the Meteorological Department, monsoon winds from the Arabian Sea will enter the upper parts of the country from the night of July 27.

On the other hand, the weather is likely to be very hot and humid in Karachi and other districts of Sindh. On July 29 and 30, rain and thundershowers are expected in Karachi and other places.

Monsoon winds are likely to spread to central and southern parts from July 29.

Under the influence of which rain and thundershowers are expected across the country from the night of July 27 to July 31.

For the past few days, Karachi has been experiencing some rainfall daily, but not enough to break the heat wave. The city’s residents are eagerly awaiting a more substantial spell of rain to bring relief from the sweltering heat.

In the meantime, the Pakistan Meteorological Department is closely monitoring the situation, and weather experts are urging residents to take necessary precautions to stay safe during the heat wave.

Yesterday, a few areas in city received heavy rain while others light showers that brought relief to the Karachiites.
