Ministers ask Opposition for unified message to France and the world on the sensitive issue of the sanctity of Holy Prophet Sallaho Allaih Wasallam, Khatam un Nabiyeen.

Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Noorul Haq Qadri and Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Ali Muhammad Khan made this appeal.

Ministers ask Opposition for unified message to France and the world

In their separate statements, they urged the opposition to join hands with the government to give a unified message to the world, including France.

Pir Noor-ul-Haq Qadri said the government stood firm regarding the resolution of issue about the French ambassador.

He claimed that the government has honestly implemented all the promises it made in that regard.

Meanwhile, Ali Mohammad Khan referred to the setting up a parliamentary committee.

He said the committee also aims to formulate a joint action plan.

Besides, the committee aims to ensure consensus resolution by incorporating the suggestions of all the parties in it.

However, the Opposition parties accused the government of non-seriousness on the issue.

Furthermore, they said they had already given their proposals during session of the National Assembly.

Therefore, they suggested that the government need to do its part of the job.

Generally, people view the entire situation differently.

Because, people adore and revere Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).

Hence, they don’t accept compromise on the issue of sacrilege.
