New AI Assistant introduced for Gmail

Gmail is the world’s most popular email service and is used by millions of people worldwide.

Google has decided to introduce a tool based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in Gmail to make the service more efficient for users. This will be possible with Google’s Gemini AI Assistant 1.5 Pro, which is available to users in Gmail, Docs, Sheets and others and is currently used to compose emails. Now it is being updated with Gemini 1.5 Pro which is equipped with many useful new features.

If you don’t have time to read long emails, this AI assistant can be used to summarize emails. For this, click on the Summarize Ten Emails button and you will see the highlights of the email. On this summary card you can also ask various questions while searching email content from Gemini.

The AI assistant can also be used to reply to emails. Gemini suggests replies based on old emails. This AI assistant is currently available to Gemini Advanced subscribers for $20 per month.

Google has also announced that the Gemini for Workspace side panel will be rolling out more widely in June.
