Balochistan Residents Reject Politics Over Dead Bodies, Back Peace and Stability
Residents of Balochistan have rejected what they described as politics over dead bodies and expressed support for peace, stability, and national unity in the province.
People in Quetta, Chaman, and Loralai urged political and religious leaders to focus on peace and unity instead of creating unrest and division.
Residents said the people of Balochistan would no longer accept violence, instability, or attempts to divide society. They also said the country’s martyrs are a source of pride and their sacrifices should not be used for political purposes.
They called on political and religious leaders to promote peace, development, and national unity rather than making inflammatory statements. According to the residents, irresponsible political remarks and empty slogans cannot solve the province’s problems.
They said Balochistan needs practical steps instead of slogans, including better education, respectable job opportunities, foreign investment, and lasting peace.
The residents also urged all political parties to put aside their differences and stand with national institutions for the security and stability of the province. They said Balochistan’s real progress, prosperity, and long-term stability can only be achieved through joint efforts and national unity.
