The commission has prepared questionnaires for AIG Karachi Azad Khan, DIG East Farrukh Lanjhar and Amir Farooqi and handed them over to Advocate Tajammal Lodhi in sealed envelopes.
According to the commission, Advocate Tajammal Lodhi has been assigned the responsibility of delivering the sealed questionnaires to the three police officers.
The police officers will submit their responses in sealed envelopes to Advocate Tajammal Lodhi, who will then hand over the responses to the commission.
The commission said the questionnaires were prepared separately for AIG Karachi Azad Khan, DIG East Farrukh Lanjhar and Amir Farooqi.
The commission had decided that the officers would not be summoned in person, keeping their offices and official positions in view. Instead, their responses would be obtained through written questionnaires.
The family of Mir Raza had requested the commission to summon the police officers for questioning. However, the commission rejected the request and opted to seek their responses through sealed questionnaires.
The commission will review the responses after they are submitted through Advocate Tajammal Lodhi.
