Pakistani student killed in Portugal

Pakistani student Anthony Shaukat has been brutally killed in a robbery in Portugal, local media reported.

The young Pakistani expect was in Portugal for cancer research, said his grieving family pleading that government for justice.

Shaukat’s family has appealed to the Pakistani government to expedite the repatriation of his body and ensure justice is served.

He was targeted and brutally killed by robbers who took his life for mobile phone, cash, and laptop.

Shukat was the resident of Lahore and had obtained a Master’s degree from Sweden and a Ph.D. from Germany.

He was dedicated to advancing cancer research and had made significant contributions to the field.
