Sidharth Malhotra, Janhvi Kapoor to star in upcoming love story?

Bollywood actors Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor are reportedly set to star together in an upcoming love story.

The film, produced by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films, marks a departure from the production house’s usual horror-comedy genre.

According to sources, the film will be a romantic tale, with Malhotra and Kapoor playing the lead roles. This will be the first collaboration between the two actors, who were previously rumored to be working together on a thriller project.

Malhotra’s recent films, “Thank God” and “Yodha”, did not perform well at the box office, while his action thriller “Mission Majnu” received mixed reviews after its release on Netflix. Kapoor’s last films, “Mr & Mrs Mahi” and “Ulajh”, also did not fare well commercially, with the latter being a box office bomb. She is currently awaiting the release of her South cinema debut, “Devara: Part 1”.

The upcoming love story, directed by Jalota, who previously worked on “Dasvi” starring Abhishek Bachchan, is expected to be a fresh start for both Malhotra and Kapoor.

With Maddock Films expanding its horizons to romance flicks, this film is highly anticipated by fans and critics.
