Sindh Task Force on Coronavirus for SOPs implementation in Karachi and Hyderabad divisions.

Provincial task Force on Coronavirus, met in Karachi today. Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah presided the meeting.

The task force has decided to take further strict steps in Hyderabad and district Karachi due to increasing corona cases there.

While addressing the meeting Syed Murad Ali Shah said SOPs directed Sindh police and Commissioner Karachi to get the SOPs implemented strictly.

He further directed members of his cabinet to visit the city as it will help implement SOPs properly.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Imran Khan has made surprise visit of different localities of the federal capital to inspect the business activities, implementation of anti-COVID standard operating procedures as well as development works.

Imran Khan urged the people specifically shopkeepers to observe SOPs against COVID-19 to contain the virus.

Moreover, the PM personally drove the vehicle setting aside the protocol.

He visited the modular carts placed in G-11 Markaz under Ehsaas Program’s Rerhi Baan initiative.

He questioned the cart owners about the position of their businesses.

The Prime Minister also went around different stalls of fruits and other stuff in the market.

Senator Faisal Javed and Chairman Capital Development Authority Amer Ahmed Ali also accompanied him.

Without creating any interruption in the traffic flow, the PM drove through the crowded streets of the city.

He also stopped at the traffic signal.

Meanwhile, Imran Khan visited Sewage Treatment Plant at sector I-9 and under construction Korang Cricket Ground where he had a briefing from the CDA chairman about the projects.

Furthermore, he also inspected the stone lining of storm water drains.
