‘The Legend of Maula Jatt’ will be released only in this Indian state

There has been a big revelation regarding the release of world famous Pakistani superstar Fawad Khan and actress Mahira Khan’s blockbuster film ‘The Legend of Maula Jatt’ in India.

According to the Indian media, Nadeem Mandiwala, the distributor of the film ‘The Legend of Maula Jatt’, gave a special interview to ‘India Today‘ in which he said that he is not releasing the film in the whole of India but only in the state of Punjab.

Mandiwala said that we hope that the movie ‘The Legend of Moulajit’ can still do some extraordinary business in India as this movie is not available on any OTT platform yet. .

He added that since the film is releasing two years after its release in India, the excitement is not the same as it was during its original release.

Sources close to The Legend of Moolah Jat also told the Indian media that the purpose of releasing the film only in the state of Punjab is to know whether it is beneficial for the filmmakers to release Pakistani films in India.

Sources further said that if there is a positive response to the release of ‘The Legend of Moolah Jat’ in Indian Punjab, then we will release this film in other states of India as well.

Earlier, Bilal Lashari, the director of ‘The Legend of Moolah Jat’, also announced in his Instagram post that his film will be released on October 2 next month only in Punjab, India.

It should be noted that the movie ‘The Legend of Moula Jat’ was released in Pakistan in the year 2022 and achieved extraordinary success, this movie is a remake of the 1979 hit movie ‘Moula Jat’.
